BIH Delay EGM For a Second Time

Birmingham International Holdings have once again delayed an EGM to obtain shareholder approval for a new convertible bond. A circular was due to be dispatched to shareholders today with details of the EGM but it has now been put off until October 10.

Birmingham International Holdings have announced to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange today that there is a delay to them holding an EGM to authorise new funds coming into the company.

BIH Issue Convertible Bond

Birmingham International Holdings have confirmed in an announcement to the stock exchange that they are issuing a conversion bond to raise another HK$120Mil (about £9.17mil) for the company.

BCFC Appoint New Directors

Birmingham City have announced today that they have appointed two new directors to the board of the football club. Victor Ma Shui Cheong and Panos Pavlakis, both directors of Birmingham International Holdings have both been named to the board with immediate effect.
