OP Video Podcast – Delays and Trialists

BIH: Minor delays
Birmingham International Holdings today announced to the HKSE that there is a minor delay before distributing a circular to shareholders regarding the upcoming EGM. The announcement confirms that the circular will be delayed until no later than July 8 as more time is needed to prepare it. While it’s annoying it probably amounts no more to a […]

Slow and Steady Wins the Race
It’s been a weird few days for this Blues fan; after all our travails with Carson Yeung there is almost schadenfreude watching someone else getting scrutinised in the press in the manner Carson probably should have been.

Another Chinese Takeaway
A certain team playing in B6 look to become the second team in the city to be owned by a company based in the far east when it was announced today on their official website that they were to be bought by the Recon Group, with Dr Tony Xia Jiantong to be named as chairman. As I’ve got a bit of experience in dealing with Chinese stuff, I thought I’d take a closer look.

A Quiet May for a Change
It’s the first weekend of the close-season and it’s all gone quiet around St Andrew’s.
