The Takeover

All done bar the trading…

After what seems like an eternity of false dawns, today saw the final announcement prior to the takeover of Birmingham International Holdings by Trillion Trophy Asia. It’s been confirmed all resumption conditions have been met and that everything is finally in place for Monday morning.

BIH: Resumption Confirmed

Birmingham International Holdings have confirmed in an announcement to the stock exchange that trading in shares in the company will resume trading at 9am on Monday morning.

BIH: Open Offer Complete

The first of three announcements in the lead up to the resumption of trading in shares was made by Birmingham International Holdings today. The announcement confirms that the Open Offer has been uncompleted but was under-subscribed.

BIH Confirm Board Meeting to Approve Accounts

Birmingham International Holdings have today announced to the stock exchange that the Receivers would be meet on Friday 30 September to approve the yearly accounts for the company.

BIH Announcement: Takeover date brought forward
