GAMEDAY: Blues v Derby

Birmingham City face Derby County in their second televised clash in a week tonight at St Andrew’s. Last season Derby thumped Blues 4-0 in what still is Gary Rowett’s heaviest defeat as Blues manager and no doubt Rowett will be looking to do better against his former team this season.

Goals from Reece Brown and Viv Solomon sealed the win for Blues who could and possibly should have won by more. Gavin Gunning, Michael Morrison and Matt Green all returned after injury absences.
