Birmingham City are holding a supporters club forum next week at St Andrew’s to address questions raised by fans about the day-to-day running of the club. It’s an important method of communication between the various heads of department at the club and the fans and represents a good opportunity to raise issues that affect the enjoyment of the “matchday experience”.

It’s been reported in the Birmingham Mail today that Panos Pavlakis is trying to push forwards the sale of Birmingham City in recent weeks, delivering presentations with finance director Roger Lloyd to various parties in an effort interest someone enough to make a bid.

After the success of the various protest banners over the last few weeks, a group of Blues fans are looking to band together again to get a huge flag for fans to hold at the ground as a visible sign of support for the team.

Delay No More

Banners protesting the continued ownership of the club by Carson Yeung and Birmingham International Holdings were displayed at St Andrew’s today during the 3-3 draw with Derby County.

Blues Give a Gift

Yesterday supporters from various supporter groups came to St Andrews to wrap Christmas presents to be donated to hospices and hospitals in the region.

Blues Trust Secure ACV Listing

The Blues Trust announced at their AGM on Saturday that the council have agreed to list St Andrews Stadium as an asset of community value. The listing which lasts for five years and is subject to appeal will mean that the Trust will be notified of any potential change of ownership and can, if requested, be given up to six months to come up with a bid of their own.

Herding Cats
