Lionesses Roar Into Semi-Finals
Birmingham City Ladies players Karen Carney and Jade Moore both played in England’s 2-1 victory over Canada which sees Mark Sampson’s team make history as the first England Ladies side to make it to the last four of a World Cup.

Finals and Fireworks
It’s been nearly four weeks since the Championship season ended and boy has it been quiet. Although there have been rumours of signings Blues solitary capture so far is youngster Alex Jones from West Bromwich Albion while the interminable stories of a takeover have also gone very quiet as Ernst and Young quietly get on with their work.

Blues Ladies held in Feisty Draw
Birmingham City Ladies were held to a goalless draw by Notts County Ladies today in what was a feisty encounter at the Autotech Stadium. While on paper the Lady Pies should have undoubtedly been on top the reverse happened on the pitch with Remi Allen missing a penalty which would probably have won the game.
